The Tribeca Gallery was established by Robert Shapiro and Jorge Martinez to further promote art in Paducah. Since 2009, Karen Goessman Anderson, a local Paducah artist, has been the curator of the gallery. The gallery offers local artists an opportunity to have a venue to show and sell their work. The artist's work remains in the gallery for a 2 month period, following an opening reception, which allows many visitors of the restaurant and downtown Paducah to enjoy their work. In addition to traditional acrylic and oil paintings, the gallery has shown works by area photographers, graphic artist, and digital photography artists. Unique showings of fiber art, weavings, multi-media creations and encaustic art have also appeared at Tribeca. Contact Karen G.
